Psalm 95:1-2

This morning is one of my favorite mornings of the whole month!

It’s Praise Team Practice Saturday!

As you’re reading this, I’m praising God with my Brothers and Sisters in Christ and joining them in Spirit as we hone the gifts and talents God has given us to better lead our church family into a heart of worship.

As the Psalm spoke of in Psalm 95:1-2, I love making a joyful noise to the rock of my salvation! I’m excited to lift my voice to Him in thanksgiving for hours and hours this morning!

Reflecting on Psalm 95:1-2, I am reminded of “I Thank God” by Maverick City Music, specifically these lines:

From now 'til I walk
The streets of gold
I'll sing of how You saved my soul
This wayward son
Has found His way back home

He picked me up
Turned me around
Placed my feet on solid ground
I thank the Master
I thank the Savior
I thank God!
