 Almighty God, righteous and holy, Abba, Father, perfect and pure. Father God, thank You for giving us Your perfect model of fatherly love. Thank You also for giving us earthly fathers to teach and protect us, to lead us and provide for us. When our earthly fathers have passed away or are not with us, thank You for godly men who step into those roles, for adopted fathers and stepfathers, for grandfathers, uncles, pastors, youth leaders, coaches, and more.

Father God, place Your hedge of protection around fathers from all walks of life. Strengthen those who seek You and call to those who do not yet call upon Your name. Raise up a generation of godly men Father, men who follow You closely, who seek justice and love mercy, who care for the widow and the fatherless. Young and old, teach Your sons to be selfless in their love for You and for their families, to be faithful to You and to those whom You have given them to love and protect.

In all things Lord, may Yours be the glory, honor, and praise. Amen. 
