Father God,

Thank You for the men and women who have given their lives over the many years to protect the freedom we have to worship You openly. Forgive us Father when we take their sacrifice for granted. Protect our Brothers and Sisters in lands where worshiping You openly is not safe and give them the courage to remain faithful to You. Thank you most of all Lord for Your Son Jesus Christ who laid down His life and took it up again to free us from the wages of sin (Romans 6:23). Teach us Father to use the freedom You have granted us to walk rightly in Your sight, to tell the world of Your goodness, and to love You and others in deed and truth.
