Teaching Brothers,
Though you decrease in number, you are not diminished in passion or purpose. While some men seek financial gain or acclaim for themselves, you endeavor to help others have a brighter future.
Dearest Brothers, I know it is difficult to be a servant-leader when men who only serve themselves choose to see your humility and patience as weakness, when less qualified men abuse your goodness and integrity to climb the ladder faster or higher than you.
I see you beloved Brother, and more importantly, God sees you. God sees you and He rewards your humility and patience with strength and your goodness and integrity with authority.
To the children you teach you are a strong hand to hold, a refuge in times of trouble, a model of godliness in ungodly times. To your colleagues you are a generous source of security, a steady hand at the rudder when storms arise, a trusted voice and wise counselor to be followed.
In all things, continue to act justly my Teaching Brothers. Continue to love mercy. Continue each day to walk humbly with God.
God is for you and so am I.
Many will be the crowns you lay at Jesus’ feet.
Many are the souls you set on right paths!
