No matter where we go, no matter what happens in our lives, the love of God is constant, the direction of God consistent. His Word provides us with universal steps for every situation. Here are just a few:

– seek justice, love mercy, walk humbly with God (Micah 6:8)

– do all things in love (I Corinthians 16:14)

– seek first the things of God (Matthew 6:33)

– love God, love others (Matthew 22:37-39)

Everything we ever need to know about God in His Word. Everything we ever need to know about ourselves is in His Word. Everything we ever need to know about how to live our best lives is in His Word. To keep it short:

Every. Thing. We. Ever. Need. To. Know. Is. In. His. Word.

Sweet friend, I am thankful for the comfort and the guidance God provides us through His Word.

I am amazed by His timelessness and His timeliness.

I am in awe that 1,000s of years after their recording His words still deliver the same meaning, the same freedom, the same love, the same guidance, to me as they did to Noah, to Abraham, to Esther, to Ruth, to Paul, to Matthew, to Timothy, to John…to so many more.

Great is our God to continue adding to His Kingdom! Gracious is He to continue pursuing us with love and forgiveness!
